Enlisted:
Soldiers with enlisted ranks may not:
-Command each other unless assigned fireteam leader by an (N)CO.
-Call in any support.
-Take decisions for themselfes unless they are seperated from their NCO, in which case they return to their NCO.
-Disband orders given to them.

Low NCO: (All NCO ranks up to Hauptfeldwebel/Senior Sergeant)
Soldiers with low NCO ranks may:
-Command their fireteams.
-Request support with permission from a higher rank.
-Take decisions in the field for their fireteams if contact with the squad leader has been lost.
Soldiers with low NCO ranks may not:
-Command other NCOs.
-Command Enlisted assigned to other fireteams, unless said fireteam leader is absent.

-Promote anyone.

-Make major strategical decisions.
-Command platoons or companies that are not theirs, unless the leader is absent.
-Command their whole platoon or company.
